Envoy is a free invoicing application for Shopify merchants. By installing and using Envoy, you agree to these Terms of Service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Envoy for your Shopify store's invoicing needs. You agree to:

  • Not use the Service to transmit harmful content
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and any data processed through Envoy. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

Envoy and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Envoy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of Envoy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to GDPR compliance and protecting your data.

8. Termination

You may stop using Envoy at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Envoy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Envoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
